A candidate withdrawing from the program will receive a fee refund if the withdrawal is made before the date and time specified in the MBA 2025-27 withdrawal procedure, duly uploaded on the IIM Raipur website. Note that the refund will be processed after deducting the processing charges as per the Government of India Order: F. No. 21-166/2007-TS. II dated 18.05.2007, which encloses order No.14-4/2007-U.3(A). All requests for withdrawal from the program prior to the registration date would be handled only through the admission portal.
A candidate who wishes to withdraw from the program before the withdrawal date specified by IIM Raipur, he/she will be refunded the entire fee paid by the candidate after deduction of ₹1000 as a processing fee. For a candidate who withdraws after the withdrawal date specified by the institute, the fee paid by the candidate will be refunded after deducting hostel and other charges applicable if he/she does not cause a resultant shortfall such that the admitted batch size is lower than the sanctioned batch size for 2025-27, else, the entire fee is forfeited.
Suppose a candidate subsequently wishes to withdraw the offer within the withdrawal date specified in the Offer Letter, Offer Acceptance Amount will be refunded after deducting Rs.1000/- as processing charges. In the event of withdrawal from the Programme after registration, and if seat consequently falling vacant gets filled by another candidate by the last date of admission, IIM Raipur will return the fees collected with proportionate deductions of fee and hostel rent, where applicable.
If a candidate subsequently wishes to withdraw the offer within the withdrawal date specified in the Offer Letter, the Offer Acceptance Amount will be refunded after deducting Rs. 1000/- as processing charges. In the event of withdrawal from the Programme after registration, and if the seat consequently falls vacant and gets filled by another candidate by the last date of admission, IIM Raipur will return the fees collected with proportionate deductions of fee and hostel rent, where applicable.
In case a candidate decides to withdraw from the eMBA program at IIM Raipur, after accepting the offer, the entire fee paid by the candidate will be refunded after deduction of ₹ 1000/- as processing fee, subject to receiving of his/her withdrawal request through the withdrawal link available on the login page only on or before the withdrawal date. Please note that withdrawal requests will be accepted only through the link provided. No emails regarding withdrawals will be entertained. Please note that candidates who will withdraw after the withdrawal date, no fee refund will be given in such cases
